These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of krewbot ("we", "us", "our") and the service available at app.krewbot.com and its subdomains (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
krewbot provides AI-powered assistants that help teams collaborate by reading from and writing to the third-party tools you connect (such as Slack, Telegram, Notion, Google Workspace, and others). The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and may evolve over time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or third-party right.
- Send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited bulk communications.
- Generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network, or to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Use the Service to develop a competing product or to train any machine-learning model.
4. Your content
You retain all rights in the content you create, upload, or connect to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service you grant us a limited license to host, store, transmit, and process Your Content solely as necessary to operate the Service and perform the actions you ask the agent to perform.
5. Third-party services and integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Notion, Google Workspace, Anthropic, and others). When you connect a third-party service, you authorize krewbot to access and act on the data and APIs you have permitted. Your use of each third-party service remains subject to that service's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
6. AI output
The Service uses large language models. Output generated by the agent may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it, sharing it, or taking action based on it. Do not use the Service for decisions where errors could cause significant harm without human review.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Fees
Some features of the Service may be offered for a fee. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your workspace. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you is no longer commercially reasonable. On termination, we will delete your workspace data within a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE SECURE OR NOT OTHERWISE LOST OR DAMAGED.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KREWBOT AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless krewbot from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
